This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Design and execute projects related to cloud, infrastructure, security, and modernization.
• Provide both proactive and reactive support to Netsurit's client portfolio.
• Conduct infrastructure and security evaluations with comprehensive recommendations.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for clients.
• Take ownership and contribute to: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and Change Management.
• Implement ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Work extensively with Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, identity management, security, backup, and resilience solutions.
• Ensure security for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Develop strategies for ransomware and malware protection.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Cloud, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Demonstrated experience with VMware and Hyper-V technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking and security principles.
• Required experience with FortiGate and Fortinet firewalls.
• Solid grasp of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to work US hours (4pm – 1am), with flexibility for dynamic shifts and weekends.
• Reliable internet connectivity and redundant power supply suitable for remote work environments.
