This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Delivering second-tier technical support through phone, email, and onsite visits to address intricate product issues.
• Client Training: Facilitating onsite and web-based seminars to instruct customers on the correct implementation and usage of products.
• Sales Integration: Recognizing opportunities for further sales and service expansion during client interactions.
• Case Management: Monitoring open customer issues, providing status updates, and following up to ensure effective resolutions.
• Knowledge Development: Producing technical bulletins, reviewing manuals, and supporting new software deployment and training initiatives.
• Education: A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant technical support or field service experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in specific software ecosystems including ERP (JD Edwards), PLM (Windchill), and Call Center systems.
• Complex Problem Solving: The capacity to apply "excellent judgment" in navigating variables in complex technical scenarios and making impactful decisions.
• Communication Skills: A strong ability to convey technical information to vendors, customers, and internal teams through reports and presentations.
