This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver outstanding technical assistance to customers and partners through chat, email, phone, and screen sharing sessions.
• Provide professional updates to customers through the support system, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose intricate issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Develop, manage, and publish articles for Flexera's Knowledge Base.
• Effectively communicate with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
• Willingness to work hours that accommodate Flexera's global customer base (APAC, EMEA, North America).
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills in English.

• Experience with at least one cloud service provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Preferred certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Container technologies (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.).
