Technical Support Consultant, VPS & Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional technical assistance through emails and chat platforms

• Foster robust and enduring relationships with customers

• Stay updated with the latest tools and technological advancements

• Ensure the careful and secure handling of sensitive customer information

• Implement cutting-edge practices aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English communication skills (minimum C1 level)

• Experience in a technical support capacity

• Familiarity with VPS setup and administration

• Solid understanding of Windows Server management

• Knowledge of trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Positive, proactive, and responsible mindset

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
