This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provides technical assistance tailored to a specific product area.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and debugs intricate software and/or networked systems.
• Creates, resolves, and manages support tickets.
• Addresses client inquiries and escalates issues when necessary.
• Maintains precise records in Salesforce.
• Works on a rotational schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in customer support.
• Client-oriented with the ability to comprehend expectations.
• Direct experience in supporting clients as a primary point of contact or lead via phone and email.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex issues.
• Familiarity with SQL and Windows platforms.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
