Technical Support Analyst – SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address technical issues by diagnosing incidents, including but not limited to gathering comprehensive problem descriptions, traces, log files, and reproducing issues.

• Keep clients informed about the status of investigations while ensuring that all relevant records are accurately updated in the CRM system.

• Skilled in employing all support tools and processes to resolve cases effectively.

• Provide insights on best practices for the use and deployment of Varicent products.

• Assist in meeting KPI targets (SLA, QA, Resolution, etc.).

• Available for scheduled weekend coverage as part of the on-call rotation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience.

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS platforms (required).

• Familiarity with relational database concepts, including basic administration and SQL scripting.

• Understanding of client-server architecture.

• Capacity to convey technical instructions clearly (both verbally and in writing) to individuals with limited technical experience.

• Sharing best practices for the use and deployment of Varicent products.

• Assist customers in maximizing the business value of their products.

• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.

• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
