This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies within the rapidly evolving Crypto/Blockchain sector.
• Provide support for user inquiries across various platforms including Discord, Email, Zendesk, and Reddit.
• Act as a key escalation point for enhancing community and customer experiences.
• Oversee the ticketing system for queries and maintain a detailed database of inquiries.
• Identify the root causes of application errors and escalate significant issues to the higher-tier support team.
• At least 3 years of pertinent experience in incident management and/or technical support.
• Proven experience with comprehensive platform incident management utilizing Zendesk or a comparable tool.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
• Adaptable and flexible to align with the changing demands of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• A strong curiosity to investigate and resolve issues to their root causes, along with a willingness to actively engage in problem-solving efforts.
