This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Accountable for delivering user assistance through phone, remote access, and on-site visits, documenting incidents for analysis and resolution of tickets, and escalating them to appropriate resolver teams as needed;

β€’ Manage tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers, and peripherals, along with technical inquiries pertaining to services, security, and products;

β€’ Offer technical support to ensure optimal availability and performance of client platforms and, when required, guide and train users;

β€’ Conduct requirements analysis, construction, testing, validation (homologation), and deployment activities associated with infrastructure;

β€’ Execute directory mapping; configure email (POP/Exchange) and Lotus Notes; establish user profiles; install VPN; and set up Active Directory and IP configurations;


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficient knowledge of:

β€’ - Windows;

β€’ - Active Directory;

β€’ - Certificate Services;

β€’ - Clustering and NLB (Network Load Balancing);

β€’ - IIS;

β€’ - Terminal Server;

β€’ - Computer networks;

β€’ - Fundamental understanding of Information Security.

β€’ ITIL certification is an advantage;
