This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Managing customer technical support inquiries via phone, webchat, and email submissions.
• Assessing networking and security systems by evaluating hardware compatibility with existing applications.
• Diagnosing issues related to networks, switches, routers, and overall network performance.
• Preserving client trust by ensuring the confidentiality of their information.
• Updating CRM tickets and overseeing escalations to the engineering team.
• Conducting account management for Deep Sentinel Customers, which includes regular health checks and fostering relationships with key clients.
• Acting as a liaison and advocating for customers between them and Deep Sentinel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support.
• Proficient in remote troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• 3 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power Over Ethernet (POE).
• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience with advanced networking concepts, including IPv4, IPv6, WiFi 2.4GHz and 5GHz, VPN, and POE.
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
