This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive and address incoming help requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Oversee and classify site network tickets using Jira.
• Conduct follow-ups after resolving help requests.
• Track the site's infrastructure and overall system health.
• Provide on-call support for customers as needed.
• Identify and familiarize yourself with relevant software and hardware.
• An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a troubleshooting and customer service role.
• Familiarity with an enterprise-level ticketing system, such as JIRA.
• Understanding of Active Directory concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, with the ability to create and/or modify SQL scripts.
• Understanding of command line interfaces and environment variables.
• Experience providing remote support through tools like Remote Desktop and SSH.
• Familiarity with VMWare or similar server/desktop virtualization technologies.
