This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Conduct in-depth troubleshooting on Privilege Cloud components, including the Web Portal, Password Manager, and Session Manager.
β’ Examine Cloud and Component logs to address intricate integration, connectivity, and session recording challenges.
β’ Oversee and rotate privileged credentials across Windows, Linux, and Database platforms.
β’ Offer technical advice to Enterprise IT teams regarding Vaulting best practices and secure access procedures.
β’ Work collaboratively with Engineering and Global Support teams to report and test patches for SaaS-based PAM environments.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or L2 Technical Support at the Enterprise level.
β’ Strong background in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and proficiency in Windows Clustering / Network Load Balancing (NLB) Administration.
β’ Experience with Linux or Unix Operating Systems, including command line skills.
β’ Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall configurations to facilitate SaaS-to-On-Prem connectivity.
β’ Capability to conduct root-cause analysis utilizing Event Viewer, PowerShell, and system logs.
β’ A degree in Computer Science and/or relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Security+, etc.).
β’ Proficient in English at a C1 level.
