This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct in-depth troubleshooting on Privilege Cloud components, including the Web Portal, Password Manager, and Session Manager.

β€’ Examine Cloud and Component logs to address intricate integration, connectivity, and session recording challenges.

β€’ Oversee and rotate privileged credentials across Windows, Linux, and Database platforms.

β€’ Offer technical advice to Enterprise IT teams regarding Vaulting best practices and secure access procedures.

β€’ Work collaboratively with Engineering and Global Support teams to report and test patches for SaaS-based PAM environments.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or L2 Technical Support at the Enterprise level.

β€’ Strong background in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and proficiency in Windows Clustering / Network Load Balancing (NLB) Administration.

β€’ Experience with Linux or Unix Operating Systems, including command line skills.

β€’ Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewall configurations to facilitate SaaS-to-On-Prem connectivity.

β€’ Capability to conduct root-cause analysis utilizing Event Viewer, PowerShell, and system logs.

β€’ A degree in Computer Science and/or relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, Security+, etc.).

β€’ Proficient in English at a C1 level.
