This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver remote technical assistance for MRI systems
• Act as a representative of Philips HealthTech, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving or surpassing business objectives
• Receive, log, and provide technical support for inquiries or issues
• Utilize remote diagnostics, troubleshooting methods, and technical resources to convey solutions
• Emphasize Remote Resolution with clear action plans when not feasible
• Manage complaints and escalations to ensure accurate analysis and response
• Be a part of the Remote Service Engineer team reporting to the Remote Team Lead
• Strong customer focus, resilience under pressure, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
• Technical education at the university level or equivalent (bachelor's degree)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role within the MRI modality
• Prior experience or knowledge in remote technical support is a plus
• Mindset geared towards continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
• Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish as the primary local language preferred
