Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams focusing on data engineering, analytics, AI, and Power BI initiatives; ensure requirements are gathered effectively and maintain clarity in scope for concurrent work streams.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements related to analytics and data use cases.

• Convert business needs into concise inputs for data engineers, AI specialists, and Power BI developers.

• Confirm that the outputs delivered align with the business objectives before presenting them to users.

• Assist in defining features and scope to keep complexity manageable while maximizing value.

• Facilitate milestone-driven delivery across various parallel workstreams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data engineering or data analytics projects.

• Strong comprehension of data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence environments.

• Capable of understanding data flows, analytics requirements, and engaging in basic technical design discussions.

• Proficient with Power BI, data platforms, and fundamental SQL.

• Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.

• Ideal candidate background: experience in data warehousing or analytics delivery followed by a transition into Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst roles.

• Preferred: experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with AI and analytics programs.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, including onsite stakeholder coordination.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, end-to-end delivery environments.
