This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of technical success for a diverse portfolio of clients through regular sessions aimed at achieving both technical and business objectives.
• Facilitate one-to-many technical workshops, office hours, and webinars focusing on best practices.
• Examine customer usage data to identify trends, recognize risks, and initiate targeted engagement.
• Promote scalable customer adoption from initial security achievements to advanced DevSecOps methodologies.
• Develop and compile tutorials, best-practice documents, and videos for customer self-service support.
• Aggregate feedback from numerous customers into key themes that shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Education teams to address customer needs at the segment level.
• Mentor customers on integrating SAST, SCA, secrets, container, and IaC scanning into their development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advise customers on how to secure AI-generated code and enhance AI-assisted development practices.
• Monitor engagement and outcome metrics while optimizing successful programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, solutions engineering, technical account management, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing one-to-many initiatives like webinars, email campaigns, digital journeys, or workshops.
• Familiarity with developer tools including GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, and VS Code.
• Comprehension of the software development lifecycle from code commit to production deployment.
• Knowledge of Application Security principles encompassing SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, secrets management, container scanning, and IaC scanning.
• Practical experience with DevOps tools and a foundational grasp of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
• Authentic enthusiasm for AI, developer workflows, and Application Security.
• Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Gemini.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with developers, security leads, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities in a high-volume setting.
• Nice to have: a background in development or direct experience with coding and agentic AI systems.
• Nice to have: hands-on involvement with AppSec initiatives like threat modeling or vulnerability management.
• Nice to have: awareness of OWASP or NIST frameworks.
• Nice to have: experience with scripting or digital program transformation.
