• Manage the post-implementation relationship for high-value clients
• Assist current customers as they navigate complex growth stages and architectural changes
• Recognize underused features and offer in-depth technical support
• Serve as the essential link between clients and internal teams
• Enhance team development by creating technical playbooks and reusable templates
• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and developer tools
• Typically 5–8+ years in technical account management or systems engineering
• Proficient in designing complex technical workflows and architectures
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication abilities
• Professional fluency in English along with either French or German
