Technical Success Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of mid-tier accounts.

• Conduct technical evaluations to pinpoint potential challenges.

• Create technical adoption strategies to promote ongoing growth.

• Assist customer development teams in transitioning to Agentic Workflows.

• Act as an internal advocate for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing Web/Mobile projects utilizing SDLC best practices.

• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

• Industry-recognized certifications in AI or OutSystems certifications are advantageous.

• Proficiency in architectural principles, governance best practices, security concepts, and infrastructure performance/troubleshooting.
