This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for FastSpring's more technically adept and engaged clients.
• Offer actionable insights, solution suggestions, integration expertise, and proactive technical leadership.
• Align technical requirements with business objectives, ensuring that technical engagement and solutions effectively support long-term customer revenue targets and expansion.
• Convert client technical needs or challenges into immediate Product & Engineering feature requests or bug fixes, as well as long-term contributions to FastSpring's strategic roadmap.
• Work in collaboration with the broader Customer Success Engineering and Customer Success teams in client engagements, leveraging collective experience and expertise to assist clients.
• Proactively identify, anticipate, and advance commercial opportunities with FastSpring's managed clients.
• Conduct regular executive business reviews with clients.
• Collaborate across departments, working closely with FastSpring's Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, TSM, or Sales Engineering), preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).
• Capacity and attitude to creatively and swiftly explore issues, problems, or to test suggestions prior to presenting them to a customer or escalating.
• Experience managing multiple projects or accounts concurrently with a high level of organization.
• Proven experience in building and utilizing data queries, extracting and analyzing reports and data, and deriving insights and compelling narratives from that data for clients (or internal stakeholders).
