πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main laboratory and technical expert within Medical Affairs for the KRYPTOR compact plus, KRYPTOR gold, and associated assay portfolio.

β€’ Deliver customer-oriented technical education regarding instrument operation, assay workflow, implementation considerations, validation planning, and best practices for application in both clinical and research settings.

β€’ Assist with onboarding and implementation activities for customers and/or study sites, which includes workflow discussions, assay setup, operator training, and collaboration with internal technical and commercial teams.

β€’ Support laboratories and research clients in navigating the assay verification and validation processes, ensuring they comprehend performance characteristics, workflow necessities, documentation expectations, and operational factors.

β€’ Offer continuous post-implementation assistance to study sites and clients, including assessments of utilization and workflow, process optimization, sharing best practices, refresher training, and coordination of preventive maintenance tasks.

β€’ Serve as a scientific and technical collaborator for commercial teams during customer engagements involving KRYPTOR systems, assay applications, implementation strategies, and achieving post-installation success.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is required in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biology, biochemistry, immunology, or a related life science discipline.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, diagnostics, medical device, or life sciences setting.

β€’ Practical experience with immunoassay systems, automated analyzers, or similar laboratory instruments is essential.

β€’ Experience in customer-facing roles within technical support, applications, field training, medical affairs, or scientific affairs is preferred.

β€’ In-depth technical knowledge of automated immunoassay systems and clinical laboratory operations, including Time-Resolved Amplified Cryptate Emission (TRACE) technology.

β€’ Exceptional presentation and training capabilities, with the ability to customize content for laboratorians, researchers, and internal stakeholders.

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
