This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and structure operational, fleet, route, and infrastructure data across various projects.
• Create, sustain, and enhance total cost of ownership (TCO), emissions, operational, and economic models to aid in fleet electrification decision-making.
• Design and automate analytical workflows utilizing Python to boost efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Update and manage crucial model inputs such as energy prices, incentives, emissions factors, vehicle performance assumptions, and infrastructure costs.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess fleet deployment strategies and investment opportunities.
• Detect inefficiencies in existing analytical processes and implement effective enhancements to promote scalability and repeatability.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of data sources, assumptions, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
• Assist in transitioning current Excel-based analytical tools and processes into more scalable Python-based solutions when suitable.
• Convert intricate analytical results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create visual outputs such as dashboards, maps, charts, tables, and presentations.
• Aid in reporting and analytical deliverables for customers, partners, funders, and stakeholders.
• Develop presentations and technical materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present analytical results during stakeholder meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical experts to integrate analytical insights into project execution.
• Support demand aggregation, procurement, ecosystem engagement, and fleet deployment activities through data-driven analysis.
• Actively participate in project and stakeholder meetings, providing technical input and analytical expertise.
• Contribute to analytical materials that support RFPs, site-level assessments, deployment planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Work in partnership with external collaborators, consultants, and industry stakeholders to ensure analytical consistency and quality across all projects.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, or quantitative analysis, ideally in transportation, energy, logistics, sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, encompassing economic, operational, or emissions analysis.
• Proficient in Python for data processing, analysis, modeling, and workflow automation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in creating data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Transportation, Environmental Science, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
