• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to secure new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships.

• Facilitate technical closure by fostering customer confidence in Autodesk solutions.

• Engage in deal strategy discussions, pipeline evaluations, and account planning sessions.

• Lead or assist in customer discovery efforts to uncover workflows, challenges, and success criteria.

• Provide story-driven demonstrations that link Autodesk solutions to tangible business outcomes.

• Tailor messaging for various stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and field users.

• Identify and assist in expansion opportunities within current accounts.

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.

• Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to deployment and support long-term customer success.

• Share best practices and participate in team enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Mentor colleagues and support internal projects aimed at enhancing technical sales effectiveness.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a preference for construction.

• Background in roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, Foreman, or similar positions.

• Familiarity with SaaS technology and/or experience in technical sales environments.

• Capability to convert complex workflows into straightforward business results.

• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and storytelling.

• Experience engaging with both technical users and executive stakeholders.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and internal meetings.
