This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees processes and systems pertaining to special initiative projects, which encompass product configuration, maintenance of project milestones, quality review and application testing, product benchmarking, tracking of risks and issues, and the upkeep of project documentation.

• Investigates and addresses inquiries related to assigned projects.

• Contributes to and collaborates on generating project status updates.

• Monitors the quality of product usage after implementation and actively partners with Business Operations, Research & Development (R&D), and members of the steering committee regarding observations related to the success of implementation.

• Engages directly with internal stakeholders through calls and meetings, documents meeting notes and action items, and follows up as necessary to ensure that project objectives stay on track.

• Identifies unaddressed business needs or requirements and collaborates with Senior Technical Specialists, Team Leads, and Managers to explore opportunities for process improvement.

• Completes all responsibilities and tasks as detailed, in alignment with our departmental goals.

• Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.

• Undertakes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Must be capable of performing duties with or without reasonable accommodation.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is required.

• A B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience at Cotiviti or equivalent experience within the healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to research and make informed decisions based on both day-to-day and complex problems.

• Required skill set for process improvement.

• Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills are essential.

• Superior organizational skills, with the ability to monitor multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must be able to perform daily tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong technical skills, with a proven history of working across various technology platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with project management software is preferred.
