This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop new Laserfiche forms and applications; design business processes and forms with field rules.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Laserfiche Forms within the overall workflow.
• Integrate CSS and JavaScript into Laserfiche forms for advanced functionalities.
• Prioritize and manage requests for modifications to stored procedures that supply data to forms.
• Provide the Reporting and Integration Manager with necessary information and timelines for coordinating with the Engineering Team.
• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for Laserfiche.
• Assist with Power BI deployment initiatives.
• Oversee Fabric capacity and workspace performance; identify any degradation or nearing-capacity situations.
• Aid in the configuration and routine maintenance of Fabric workspaces.
• Investigate performance challenges associated with Fabric-hosted reports and data assets.
• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot pipelines and scheduled jobs within Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Implement minor enhancements to ADF pipelines.
• Escalate pipeline issues that necessitate engineering or DevOps intervention.
• Assist with customer module configurations, including SFTP, CADS, and Laserfiche access settings.
• Coordinate the setup of SFTP files and folders with the Senior Manager of DevOps.
• Conduct QA on bug tasks that were not developed by the specialist.
• Test bug scenarios and related functions in the QA portal and document the findings.
• Execute data migration tasks by reshaping and loading data according to the Manager's migration strategy.
• Participate in strategic-plan projects as required.
• Familiarity with Laserfiche forms and workflows or a comparable forms/workflow platform.
• Basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript for form customization.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Knowledge of SFTP, scheduled jobs, and file-based imports.
• Ability to monitor the health and performance of infrastructure and escalate issues as necessary.
• Strong triage judgment in a support-oriented environment.
• Capacity to adhere to a QA plan and conduct QA within the team's scope.
• Some scripting experience in Python or a similar language is advantageous.
• Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and reporting teams.
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL Fabric.
• Familiarity with Claude or other AI models.
• Anticipated base salary ranging from $30,000 to $36,000 USD.
• Part-time schedule of 30 hours weekly.
