This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT departments, and vendors to synchronize technology initiatives with business objectives and impact strategic decision-making.
• Direct the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise applications.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Supervise integration solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, and SFTP.
• Streamline operations through automation utilizing PowerShell 7 and Exchange.
• Advocate for software development best practices, lifecycle management, and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with Security & Trust teams on Secure SDLC, governance, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Design and assist in AI-driven solutions that incorporate ML, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
• Contribute to the architecture, deployment, and governance of AI models.
• Simplify complex technical information into business-oriented recommendations, executive presentations, and solution proposals.
• Utilize enterprise networking, authentication, and collaboration tools to enhance enterprise applications.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Solution/Program Management or similar leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, PowerShell 7, and enterprise automation.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, GitHub, Jira, SSO, and enterprise IT architecture.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and RESTful services.
• Basic knowledge of ML, NLP, Generative AI, and the architecture/governance of AI.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Experience with Corporate Real Estate platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or relevant Cloud/AI certifications are preferred.
