AI Solution Developer – Microsoft AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications, copilots, and agent-based workflows utilizing Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry.

• Create scalable integrations throughout enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.

• Develop and enhance prompts, workflows, and model orchestration strategies.

• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.

• Augment low-code solutions with custom APIs, connectors, and Azure services.

• Collaborate with business teams to deliver governed, enterprise-ready automation solutions.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and AI-enabled workflows.

• Counsel stakeholders on architecture, trade-offs, and the appropriate application of AI versus traditional automation.

• Contribute to reusable solution patterns and development standards.

• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance policies.

• Implement responsible AI practices, including testing, monitoring, and human oversight.

• Support AI lifecycle standards encompassing development, evaluation, deployment, and support.

• Establish foundational practices, templates, and reusable AI development components.

• Offer guidance and mentoring to IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to internal AI standards, tools, and best practices.

• Deliver under broad direction, provide guidance, and take ownership of outcomes while helping to shape the organization’s AI capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, APIs, integrations).

• Practical experience with Azure AI services or similar AI/ML platforms.

• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or Copilot Studio).

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience in integrating systems via APIs and enterprise data sources.

• Capability to convert business needs into functional technical solutions.

• Preferred: experience in developing or deploying AI-driven applications or automation solutions in a production setting.

• Preferred: understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.

• Preferred: experience in environments with structured security and compliance requirements.

• Preferred: exposure to developing standards, patterns, or reusable frameworks.

• Full-stack problem-solving abilities across architecture, development, integration, and automation.

• Awareness of risk, compliance, and responsible AI considerations.

• SFIA-aligned skills in programming/software development, software design, solution architecture, stakeholder relationship management, and artificial intelligence/data ethics.
