Technical Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, assess, and transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions, specifically within healthcare data analytics.

• Analyze healthcare datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform solution design and enhance performance.

• Lead and assist in the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring their successful deployment and integration.

• Partner with clients to evaluate needs, define requirements, and tailor solutions that align with their objectives and operational workflows.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users.

• Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting services.

• Address client issues promptly and efficiently.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate resolution and promote continuous improvement.

• Monitor system performance and proactively seek optimization opportunities.

• Enhance client satisfaction and maximize value delivery.

• Ensure daily tasks are in line with Vatica priorities and contribute to impactful results.

• Modify plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Investigate root causes of issues and collaborate across various sources to resolve them.

• Anticipate future trends and the implications of decision-making to devise strategies that drive results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Over 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.

• Proficient in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support.

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and projects.
