Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored, hands-on demonstrations of The Rebus® Platform to both prospective and current clients, customizing each session to fit their unique warehouse operations and business objectives.

• Build and sustain a deep understanding of the feature functionalities and practical uses of The Rebus® Platform along with our complete range of product offerings.

• Collaborate with the sales team to assist businesses across diverse industries in comprehending and assessing the technical and operational compatibility of our products, guiding evaluation processes to achieve product fit consensus.

• Create, validate, and document technical solutions to present to prospective clients.

• Gather and assess feedback from potential customers to shape the product roadmap, working closely with sales engineering, engineering, and product management teams to address our prospects' business challenges while aligning with our internal business goals.

• Engage in the RFI/RFP process and respond to technical evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain.

• Over 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or WMS/Logistics Technology; possessing a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations beyond just sales.

• Background in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role, with experience in delivering software demonstrations preferred.

• Capability to convert operational challenges into technical solutions and articulate them effectively to both warehouse personnel and senior executives.

• Strong comfort and presence when interacting with senior executives.

• Experience working in a collaborative selling environment.

• Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and negotiation.

• Excellent customer-focused account management abilities.
