Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct tailored, interactive demonstrations of The Rebus® Platform for prospective and existing clients, customizing each session to align with their unique warehouse operations and business objectives.

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of feature functionality and practical implementation of The Rebus® Platform along with our entire range of product offerings.

• Collaborate with the sales team to assist companies across diverse industries in comprehending and assessing the technical and operational compatibility of our products, guiding evaluation processes to achieve consensus on product fit.

• Create, validate, and document technical solutions for presentation to prospective customers.

• Gather and evaluate feedback from potential customers to shape the product roadmap, working alongside sales engineering, engineering, and product management teams to address our prospects' business challenges while aligning with our internal objectives.

• Engage in the RFI/RFP process and provide responses to technical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain.

• Over 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or WMS/Logistics Technology; you possess a thorough understanding of warehouse operations beyond just sales knowledge.

• Background in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role, with experience in delivering software demonstrations, is preferred.

• Capability to convert operational challenges into technical solutions and convey them effectively to both warehouse personnel and senior executives.

• High level of comfort and presence when interacting with senior executives.

• Experience in a collaborative selling environment.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Superior customer-centric account management skills.
