Technical Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of solutions for Atlassian implementations, ensuring that technical solutions are in alignment with client business goals and long-term strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, facilitate the discovery of requirements, and translate those needs into scalable architectural solutions.

• Provide technical guidance throughout projects, steering implementation teams and advising on best practices within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Work closely with Engagement Leads, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with outstanding client satisfaction.

• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks, timelines, and competing demands.

• Identify technical risks, challenges in implementation, and opportunities for process enhancement, proactively suggesting solutions.

• Contribute to client retention, account expansion, and project profitability by fostering exceptional consulting and trusted advisory relationships.

• Assist in engagement planning, status reporting, documentation, and ongoing communications with clients.

• Maintain and enhance Atlassian expertise by obtaining and upholding necessary certifications and accreditations.

• Aid in the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, delivery standards, and the sharing of internal knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing and managing Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and related solutions.

• More than 3 years of experience leading software implementation projects throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating process discovery.

• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or professional services capacity.

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software implementations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to technical and executive audiences.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and client priorities at the same time.

• Willingness to acquire and maintain at least two Atlassian Certified Professional certifications along with additional Atlassian accreditations.
