Technical Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams.

• Create integrated networking solutions focused on Juniper Networks and Aruba technologies.

• Facilitate demand generation through workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Evaluate networking opportunities by analyzing business objectives, technical needs, competition, budget, and decision-making processes.

• Lead technical sales initiatives that include discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, solution validation, and technical strategy.

• Design and propose enterprise networking solutions that encompass wired access, wireless, routing, switching, SD-WAN, automation, cloud-managed networking, security, and AI-driven operations.

• Offer technical leadership on Juniper Networks solutions, such as Mist AI, campus and branch networking, data center networking, and SD-WAN.

• Assist with Aruba networking opportunities involving Aruba Central, campus switching, wireless, edge networking, and network management.

• Conduct technical presentations and workshops for partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and end customers.

• Provide guidance on competitive positioning and market differentiation.

• Counsel channel partners and internal Arrow teams on aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.

• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources.

• Stay informed about emerging networking technologies, market trends, supplier roadmaps, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical consulting roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise networking architectures and best practices.

• Advanced expertise in routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security technologies.

• Experience in designing and presenting networking solutions in customer-facing settings.

• Significant experience with enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networking, network security, automation, and cloud-managed infrastructure.

• Practical experience with Juniper Networks solutions.

• Familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking solutions is highly preferred.

• Experience with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies is a plus.

• Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to a diverse audience, from engineers to executive leadership.

• Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX), CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, and relationship-building.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.
