Technical Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership, architectural expertise, and business guidance to channel partners throughout North America.

• Empower partners and Arrow sales teams to create integrated networking solutions focused on Juniper Networks and Aruba technologies.

• Foster demand generation through workshops, assessments, technical events, webinars, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Evaluate networking opportunities by grasping customer objectives, technical requirements, competitive landscape, budgets, and decision-making protocols.

• Lead technical sales initiatives including discovery, architectural design, demonstrations, solution validation, and technical strategy formulation.

• Design and propose enterprise networking solutions covering wired access, wireless, routing, switching, SD-WAN, automation, cloud-managed networking, security, and AI-driven operations.

• Exhibit subject matter expertise in Juniper Networks solutions, including Mist AI, campus and branch networking, data center networking, and SD-WAN.

• Assist with Aruba networking opportunities featuring Aruba Central, campus switching, wireless infrastructure, edge networking, and network management.

• Conduct technical presentations and workshops for partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and end-customer stakeholders.

• Provide insights on competitive positioning and market differentiation.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners and internal Arrow teams.

• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources.

• Stay informed about emerging networking technologies, market trends, supplier roadmaps, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical consulting roles.

• In-depth understanding of enterprise networking architectures and best practices.

• Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security technologies.

• Extensive experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless networking, network security, automation, and cloud-managed infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks solutions.

• Experience with HPE Aruba Networking solutions is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with network automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies is preferred.

• Proven experience in designing and positioning networking solutions in customer-facing scenarios.

• Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to a range of audiences, from engineers to executive leadership.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to align technical solutions with customer outcomes.

• Ability to influence both technical and business decision-makers.

• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Industry certifications such as JNCIP, JNCIS, JNCIA, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX), CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Must be willing to travel to an Arrow office as requested by Arrow leadership.
