Technical Solution Engineer – Power Automation, Energy Management & Storage Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Formulate and enhance go-to-market strategies for power automation and energy management solutions.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities throughout the APAC region.

• Serve as a technical advisor and solution consultant for clients and industry partners.

• Establish robust relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, utilities, and developers.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• 5–7+ years of experience in Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical consulting, solution engineering, business development, or pre-sales.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in English language skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
