Technical Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, clean, and format data supplied by clients for import into Arena.

• Extract data from Arena to deliver to clients.

• Offer guidance on the Arena API to customers.

• Collect technical requirements from clients and create a Level of Effort (LOE) and time estimate for projects.

• Engage in internal initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency or improving customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in mapping, transforming, and loading data between source and target software systems.

• More than 4 years of demonstrated technical consulting experience within a software solution implementation environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to achieve objectives by navigating challenges.

• Advanced proficiency in ETL, SQL/MySQL, VBA, REST API (RESTful framework), JSON, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures, or other data tools.

• Capability to manage multiple datasets from various clients with differing timelines.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
