Technical Solution Consultant Lead – Salesforce Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Act as the key architectural authority for our Salesforce ecosystem.

• Drive the shift of our CRM strategy towards an internally-led model.

• Take ownership of the complete solution architecture for Salesforce Core.

• Develop scalable integration patterns, including API-led and event-driven designs.

• Lead hands-on development for intricate components utilizing Apex and LWC.

• Architect strong integrations with external systems such as ERP, POS, and Data Platforms.

• Establish and oversee DevOps processes, encompassing version control and automated deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical roadmaps.

• Offer technical mentorship and direction to the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-level, scalable Salesforce solutions and security frameworks.

• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and OAuth 2.0.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines.

• Certifications in Platform Developer II and Application/System Architect are highly preferred.

• Strong systems and business analysis capabilities, including the delivery of high-quality technical specifications and process documentation.

• Consulting skills, with experience in managing stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Background in managing multiple key projects or consultative assignments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
