Technical Solution Architect – myAvatar

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and maintain reports using ActiveReports and ActiveReports.NET in accordance with documented business needs.

• Develop report features such as grouping, sorting, filtering, parameters, calculated fields, conditional formatting, charts, subreports, and export functionalities.

• Offer workflow and solution design expertise during client interactions to realize specified benefits.

• Assist clients in navigating current workflows, upgrades, system modifications, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.

• Serve as the primary consultant for troubleshooting solutions, consulting, and knowledge transfer.

• Build and maintain client relationships while providing escalation support, solution knowledge, and engagement assistance.

• Address escalated issues and challenges during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing phases.

• Manage client expectations and ensure project outcomes align with engagement objectives.

• Coach, mentor, and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices.

• Support clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory business goals through workflow consultation, solution design, system optimization, and reporting expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health care information technology implementation or consulting.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing enterprise reports using ActiveReports and/or ActiveReports.NET.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, including joins, subqueries, aggregate functions, and data validation techniques.

• At least 1 year of project management experience.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical, clinical, and operational teams.

• Proficient in documenting and presenting architectural concepts, simplifying complex ideas into a cohesive overview.

• Ability to cultivate robust client relationships and deliver client-focused solutions.

• Skilled in analyzing complex and often conflicting information to effectively resolve issues.

• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including a drug screening.

• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Netsmart EHR solutions.
