Technical Services Specialist, Dairy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to the sales team and customers within the designated regions of South West & Central India.

• Perform research and conduct field trials.

• Address customer technical inquiries and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with R&D to enhance products with an emphasis on customer service, product innovation, and species-specific programs.

• Work alongside Sales team members and distributors to offer technical support during customer meetings.

• Execute product demonstrations.

• Create training materials and educate sales team members, distributors, and customers on technical concepts and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Veterinary or Animal Nutrition.

• At least 3 years of experience in companies specializing in animal nutrition.

• In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition, genetics, and farm management practices.

• Proven technical abilities in conducting field trials and composing related technical reports and protocols.

• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing and diagnosing agricultural situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.

• Established analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
