Technical Services Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Become part of a rapidly expanding technical services team that delivers tailored solutions to clients.

• Create new solutions and maintain existing ones for clients in the Enterprise segment.

• Develop high-quality front-end plugins for the 360Learning platform and integrate bespoke solutions.

• Serve as a TS Hero, providing support and enhancement for live solutions on a rotating basis.

• Convert specifications into robust software, ensuring high code quality through collaboration.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions throughout the ecosystem.

• Conduct tests and engage in peer code reviews to uphold high standards within the codebase.

• Document setup guides and deployment methodologies for implementation specialists and clients.

• Take part in daily stand-ups and offer workload estimates for tech consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering, including front-end and back-end development/integrations.

• Proficient in node.js and vue.js.

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows.

• Capability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Experience with SQL databases or Data Warehouses (Snowflake is a plus).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.

• Interest in full stack development, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.

• Exceptional analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to synthesize information.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

• Fluent in English (US/UK); proficiency in French is a bonus.

• Knowledge of BigCommerce is advantageous.
