Technical Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Responsible for efficiently and promptly executing technical tasks in accordance with service manuals and standards established for the organization, including: preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment installations, technical assistance requested by the client, timely calibration of tools and measuring equipment, application of service tools provided by the corporation, training and certifications, timely escalation, response to alerts, and conducting proactive visits, closing tickets in the system, verifying expenses, updating the status of the services being handled to the dispatcher, timely downloading of spare parts through the service order, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of service records, with particular attention to test results and inspections, and establishing timelines for installations and corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Manage a specific assignment for clients or an entire region.

• Advanced knowledge in the areas of (Immunology/Clinical Chemistry/Hematology) and the respective analyzer models for service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent in English (80% spoken, 80% written and reading).

• 1 year and 6 months of experience in technical service for medical equipment and clinical laboratory diagnostics, Hematology, and Immunology.

• Providing preventive and corrective maintenance services.

• Willingness to travel (80%).

• Availability for flexible hours.

• On-call duty during weekends.
