Technical Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical expertise to clients in the Mobility-Commercial Vehicles manufacturing sector.

• Introduce new products to the market.

• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Carry out trials and oversee data related to Sales and Paint consumption.

• Create standard operating procedures and facilitate Training & audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a postgraduate degree in Chemistry.

• 3-6 years of experience in the industrial coating industry.

• Familiarity with paint formulation and application processes.

• Background in an R&D environment.

• Ability to influence clients and build strong relationships.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects and tasks at the same time.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

• Experience with SalesForce.com and information databases is a plus.

• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
