This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Acts as a subject matter expert in pest control strategies for designated market segments and lines of business, tasked with developing and assisting Operations in the implementation of top-tier service delivery protocols and processes.

• Aids Operations in addressing service quality concerns, pest infestations, and customer satisfaction challenges through data analysis, site evaluations, troubleshooting, coaching, and the formulation and execution of corrective action plans.

• Mentors and enhances the pest control knowledge and expertise of Operations leaders, empowering them to develop and coach Technicians.

• Actively oversees service performance metrics against key performance indicators, collaborates with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales to ensure performance standards are achieved.

• Conducts site assessments (quality, structural, sanitation) to pinpoint the root causes of pest infestations, formulates action plans in partnership with Operations, and supports the implementation of the Action Plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in biological science with a focus on entomology or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in structural pest management is required.

• Over 2 years of field experience in Structural Pest Management.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role is required.

• Exceptional project management capabilities.

• Strong skills in change management.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
