This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the execution of scheduled and responsive Hard FM services across all properties.
• Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards.
• Formulate and apply operational best practices.
• Manage the profit and loss performance of the contract.
• Assist in finalizing the Activity Calendar for individual buildings.
• Take the lead in energy management for the entire portfolio.
• Guarantee that Client's assets function at peak performance.
• At least 10 years of experience at a technical engineering management level.
• National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – accredited by NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Proficient in CAFM, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated success in solving technical problems.
• Capable of conveying technical information to non-technical clients and team members.
• Skilled in producing technical reports.
