Technical Service Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance via phone to dealers and sales professionals from Watsco Subsidiaries, Tradewinds Climate Systems, and third-party suppliers, as well as branch staff.

• Conduct on-site visits as needed.

• Facilitate Dealer Training for Watsco Subsidiaries, Tradewinds Climate Systems, and Third Party dealers.

• Maintain consistent communication with regional managers.

• Execute required responsibilities while demonstrating the ability to work both under supervision and independently, aiming to uphold exceptional time management skills.

• Develop and adhere to a personal and professional growth plan.

• Stay at the forefront of new technology, HVAC equipment, and accessories by participating in mandatory training sessions provided by manufacturers and Baker Distributors.

• Create and manage an appropriate expense budget.

• Regularly submit activity and expense reports, ensuring compliance with specified timelines.

• Monthly activity reports must be delivered to the manager within 10 days following the last day of each month.

• Expense reports are to be submitted within 15 days after each month's end, while maintaining an accurate and updated digital calendar shared with the manager.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent experience may be taken into account.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing oral, written, and verbal skills.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
