This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of and enhance both organic and paid search effectiveness.
• Detect and rectify technical SEO challenges including crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.
• Create and refine paid search initiatives using platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Enhance website performance that affects rankings and conversion rates, focusing on Core Web Vitals.
• Establish reporting systems utilizing GA4, Search Console, and other advertising platforms.
• Conduct continuous experimentation with keywords, landing pages, bids, and technical adjustments.
• Develop AI agents to automate processes and increase execution efficiency.
• Over 3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing, whether in an agency setting or in-house.
• In-depth technical knowledge of SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Proficiency with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills related to data analysis using GA4, Search Console, and reporting tools.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows and performance metrics.
• Background in building or collaborating with AI agents (e.g., Claude code).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing solutions.
• Capability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and outcomes.
• Possess a strong systems-thinking approach and a mindset geared towards experimentation.
