Technical SEO, Web Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Enhance the technical, content, and conversion aspects of the Intelance website

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions directly when feasible

• Establish and optimize Google Search Console, GA4, and conversion tracking

• Assess crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, broken links, canonical tags, and internal links

• Implement and validate schema markup, including Organisation, Service, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, and Person schema as applicable

• Develop and enhance WordPress/Elementor service pages, landing pages, and article templates

• Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and image performance

• Assist in creating high-quality service pages for Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, AI Governance, and Enterprise Architecture

• Aid in keyword research, competitor page assessments, and search-intent evaluations

• Craft content briefs and initial long-form drafts as necessary

• Enhance conversion-focused copy, page headlines, call-to-action sections, inquiry prompts, and FAQ areas

• Refine website design aesthetics, readability, spacing, visual hierarchy, and mobile layouts

• Set up or enhance website forms, lead source tracking, and basic CRM/enquiry tracking

• Create straightforward monthly reports detailing changes, improvements, outstanding issues, and next steps for prioritization

• Collaborate directly with the founder to transform expert insights into clear, credible, and commercially valuable website content

• Expertise in Elementor

• Skills in schema markup

• Capabilities in B2B service-page optimization

• Skills in keyword research and search-intent analysis

• Experience with internal linking and content structure
