SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for SEO for luxury hotel clients throughout the UK, Nordics, South Africa, and Europe.

• Manage client SEO strategies from start to finish — including audits, on-site optimization, link building, and regular performance evaluations for luxury hotel clients in various markets.

• Conduct actionable audits — perform technical, content, local, and link audits that result in prioritized roadmaps rather than lengthy presentations.

• Collaborate with copywriters to manage content and plan as well as execute link-building campaigns.

• Act as the SEO representative for your clients — present results, clarify important aspects, and keep initiatives progressing without an account manager acting as a liaison.

• Monitor performance using GSC, Ahrefs, GA4 — convert data into insights that clients can truly understand.

• Work together with Web Development, Paid Campaigns, and Support on site migrations and cross-functional projects.

• Advance SEO practices with AI — investigate automation, test new tools, and help define the workflow of the Digital Team.

• Share your own ideas for enhancing team processes — don't just implement instructions given to you.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO — hands-on strategy, audits, and client communication, preferably from an agency or media organization.

• Comprehensive tool proficiency — GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO — comfortable with all, not just acquainted.

• Proven link building capabilities — you understand the techniques and have executed campaigns, not merely heard about them.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals — a solid grasp of how HTML/CSS impacts crawling and indexing (coding skills are not required).

• Proficiency in C2 Polish and B2+ English — you will collaborate with teams and communicate with international hotel clients.

• Self-motivated — you prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and do not wait for guidance on what to do next.

• Preferred: Experience with international markets — UK, Nordics, CEE, South Africa.

• Knowledge of Spanish or Czech/Slovak languages.

• Familiarity with AI tools used in SEO workflows.

• Advanced experience in analytics.
