Technical SEO Specialist – Growth Marketing, UX Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough technical SEO audits, focusing on site structure, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.

• Evaluate and enhance user journeys and conversion funnels to boost engagement and lead generation.

• Track and report on essential SEO performance indicators, including traffic, rankings, bounce rate, and conversions.

• Detect and resolve technical issues that impact SEO performance, such as redirects, broken links, site speed, and metadata.

• Utilize Webflow to implement on-page SEO enhancements and optimize page structures.

• Collaborate with developers and designers to improve user experience and overall site performance.

• Conduct growth marketing experiments, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content enhancements.

• Develop and refine internal linking strategies and site architecture.

• Keep abreast of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO or a related field.

• Strong familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.

• Experience with Webflow CMS is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of website structure, HTML/CSS basics, and on-page SEO concepts.

• Proven experience in analyzing user behavior, funnel performance, and conversion metrics.

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into practical insights.

• Capability to work alongside developers and clearly convey technical recommendations.

• Experience in growth marketing or performance-oriented settings is a significant advantage.
