Technical SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Drive organic growth for PawChamp through web search (Google).

• Ensure the technical health of the website.

• Scale the semantic core.

• Convert search demand from dog owners into a steady stream of organic traffic and registrations on the platform.

• Conduct technical audits, manage crawling budget, scanning, and indexing.

• Optimize Core Web Vitals, implement microdata, and prepare clear specifications for the development team.

• Collect, cluster, and regularly update the semantic core for web and mobile markets, considering differences in search intents.

• Monitor positions, traffic, and conversions. Work with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in SEO, focusing on technical optimization and Western markets;

• Proficiency in tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, GA4;

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (working with semantics and metadata in English);

• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment, make independent decisions, and collaborate with the team.
