• We are on the lookout for a “full-stack” technical SEO specialist to become a part of our expanding team of professionals.

• In this position, you will take charge of technical SEO implementation for an impressive array of clients spanning various industries, including fashion, finance, automotive, and travel.

• You will provide guidance to both clients and colleagues on architecture, performance, and technical best practices while assisting in the resolution of technical challenges with our renowned "never settle" attitude.

• Your role will involve offering recommendations and identifying opportunities to enhance organic search performance through the use of big data, automation, and scalable problem-solving.

• In this capacity, you will perform in-depth technical analyses, exploring data to pinpoint issues that may be hindering site performance.

• You are capable of presenting your findings in straightforward reports that anyone can comprehend.

• At the same time, you are skilled at delivering suggestions to tech-savvy developers and C-suite executives in real-time through Zoom.

• Tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog are essential companions for you.

• You contemplate hreflang and index bloat over breakfast.

• While you may not be a developer, your intrigue with Python is notable, and you consider JavaScript your adversary.

• This is a full-time position that allows for remote work.

⛳️ Requirements

• We seek advanced-level SEO analysts capable of delivering SEO strategies, technical audits, and campaign optimizations to the highest standards for our clients, which include rapidly growing startups and globally recognized brands.

• This role necessitates technical SEO specialists to be located within time zones of up to 4 hours +/- of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a modern computer or laptop are essential.

• You enjoy delving deep into HTML code and possess the meticulous attention to detail required to uncover even the most subtle issues that impact a site’s SEO performance.

• You can convey technical recommendations and implementation requirements to individuals at all levels of expertise, explaining complex technical matters to even the most novice marketer.

• You exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines. You are adept at creating processes for sustained success.

• Extensive hands-on experience with all facets of technical SEO, including canonicalization, pagination, sitemaps, Schema, crawl budget, and index bloat, is required.

• Proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Jet Octopus, OnCrawl, and similar resources is essential.

• You have successfully performed technical SEO audits and analyses on sites of varying sizes, including local businesses, enterprise-level sites, e-commerce, and international platforms.

• You have the capability to investigate technical issues and provide informed, actionable recommendations based on your findings, explaining those insights to team members and clients in clear terms.

• A proven track record of successful technical SEO implementation on sites ranging from a few hundred pages to those with hundreds of thousands of URLs is necessary.
