Technical SEO, Analytics – Mobility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement a technical, data-driven SEO content strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic, engagement, and lead conversion across essential digital web assets.

• Perform keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitive analysis to guide content creation and enhancement.

• Utilize technical SEO best practices (such as crawlability, internal linking, metadata, and structured content) to boost rankings and visibility for key industry topics.

• Enhance content-driven conversion performance by refining page structure, calls-to-action, and user flows.

• Evaluate page-level and site-wide performance metrics—including traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion rates—across evergreen, campaign, and product content.

• Implement testing frameworks (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings) to facilitate continuous improvements.

• Improve content taxonomy, internal linking strategies, and information architecture to bolster both SEO performance and user navigation, ensuring seamless paths from discovery to conversion.

• Collaborate closely with team leaders from growth marketing, product marketing, paid media, web development, and analytics to effectively manage competing priorities while aligning content execution with overarching revenue and pipeline objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, technical content optimization, or roles centered on growth-focused content.

• Strong practical experience with on-page and technical SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog).

• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing content using performance and conversion metrics.

• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization tools like A/B testing platforms, heatmaps, and session recordings (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).

• Experience using AEM Edge Delivery or comparable enterprise CMS platforms.

• Strong grasp of user experience, information architecture, and content-driven digital experience design.

• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).

• Exceptional written communication skills focused on clarity, structure, and performance impact.
