This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Configuring the Thynk product within customer Salesforce organizations: setting up page layouts, permission sets, validation rules, custom fields and objects, record types, list views, Flow Builder automations, reports, and dashboards using Salesforce's declarative tools.
• Conducting data manipulation and migration activities: executing data loading, cleansing, deduplication, and ETL of customer data through Data Loader, Workbench, and other similar tools; creating SOQL queries for record inspection, validation, and reporting.
• Leading AI-enhanced migrations and document workflows — initiating the transition from PDFButler to Thynk e-proposal & document generator across customer accounts, utilizing Claude (Cowork, Code) and scripting to efficiently parse, map, and regenerate templates at scale.
• Developing lightweight internal tools and AI assistants to expedite recurring professional services tasks: including prompts, agents, small scripts, and evaluation harnesses.
• Facilitating and conducting technical workshops, UAT cycles, and configuration reviews with customers in English — effectively bridging the gap between business requirements and Salesforce implementation.
• Resolving customer issues during implementation and post-go-live phases, collaborating closely with Implementation Leads, Customer Success Managers, and the Engineering team.
• Recording configuration decisions, customer-specific setups, and reusable AI prompts/scripts in our internal knowledge base (Notion and Salesforce documentation).
• You possess 3 to 5 years of practical Salesforce experience (admin/configurator/consultant), with detailed descriptions of your production work.
• You hold Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification — or are actively pursuing it.
• Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• You are proficient in Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, record types, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
• You can read Apex, comprehend triggers and SOQL queries, and debug using logs and error messages.
• You are comfortable performing bulk data operations (Data Loader, Workbench, SOQL) and prioritize data quality.
• You are curious about AI and actively engage with it: using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or similar in your daily work — or you show a strong desire to do so.
• You are adept at crafting prompts, iterating, evaluating outputs, and scripting around LLMs (Python, JS, or shell) to accomplish meaningful tasks.
• You communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) and can engage in technical conversations with non-technical customers.
• You are located in India and willing to work shifted hours to align with US time zones (typically from ~4pm to 0am IST), five days a week, on a permanent basis.
• You thrive in a remote, asynchronous, multicultural environment.
• We will provide you with the best IT equipment of your choice (Apple or Windows).
• We operate as a remote-first organization: As a fully remote team of repeat entrepreneurs, we prioritize communication, teamwork, and transparency above all else.
• Global-first team: You will be part of an international team comprising 21 nationalities across three continents; we organize monthly meetings and annual events to bring the entire team together. English is our primary language.
• People-first approach: We care deeply about our team members, clients, and partners, value work-life balance, and are open to any requests that promote fulfillment at work.
