Senior Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Developing technical solution designs for Salesforce.

• Implementing both declarative and programmatic Salesforce functionalities to fulfill business needs.

• Estimating the effort required for tasks to be accomplished.

• Collaborating closely with fellow scrum team members on the project.

• Constructing integrations utilizing best practice integration methodologies.

• Conducting peer reviews of colleagues' work.

• Disseminating knowledge within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience working on the Salesforce platform as a Consultant or Developer.

• Proficient in developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.

• Experience in release management and utilizing CI/CD tools.

• Skilled in testing and debugging processes.

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (with B2B Commerce Cloud experience being a plus).

• Possession of Platform Developer 1, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications; additional certifications are advantageous.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, or a technology-related field is required.

• Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
